Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier location:
- Standard items: 1–5 business days
- Extended delivery items: 7–28 business days (these are sourced from international suppliers and may take longer to arrive)
Please note that some orders may contain items with different delivery windows. In this case, your order may arrive in separate shipments at no additional cost to you.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
